These terms cover this website. They are short because this site does little: it describes the company and points at the brands we operate.

Using this site

You may read, print and share these pages. The text, images, marks and design are owned by Cedarstone Ventures LLC and may not be reproduced as your own work or used to imply we endorse something we do not.

Our products are records tools, not advice

Cedarstone brands publish record books, checklists and templates that help people organise their own information. They are not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and using one does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

Tax rules change, they differ by situation, and they differ by state. Where we cite a figure or a form line we name the source and the date so you can check it. You are still responsible for what you file, and for confirming your own circumstances with a qualified professional.

Buying

Our products are sold through marketplaces such as Amazon once published. Those marketplaces are the merchant of record. Their terms, pricing, delivery and returns policies govern your purchase, not these terms.

Accuracy

We check the things we publish and we correct them when they are wrong. We cannot promise this site is free of error, and nothing here is a warranty that a product will produce a particular outcome for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedarstone Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our published materials. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links out

We link to marketplaces and to our own brand sites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
