Accuracy & sources

We work hard to be accurate: holdings are quoted verbatim from published court opinions and regulatory actions and linked to their primary source. Even so, source records can contain errors, be appealed, reversed, or superseded, and our coverage is not exhaustive. We provide the data "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

Use the free read endpoints and site for lawful purposes, with attribution to ClauseDelta.
Do not misrepresent our data as legal advice, scrape abusively, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Paid API and alert plans are governed by the plan terms presented at sign-up.

Intellectual property

The underlying court opinions are U.S. public domain. ClauseDelta's compilation, extraction, classifications, software, and branding are the property of Cedarstone Ventures LLC. You may cite and link to our pages; you may not republish the compiled dataset as your own.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedarstone Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on our informational data.
